On-Field Survey Agent / Restaurant Verification Executive Job Type: Full-time / Contractual Work Location: Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata & other assigned cities Experience: 0–3 Years Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate Industry: Field Sales / Market Research / Survey / F&B; Duration: Approx. 4 months, extendable based on business requirements We are hiring On-Field Survey Agents / Restaurant Verification Executives for a pan-India restaurant verification project for a leading F&B; technology platform. Your job will be to visit restaurants physically, verify business information, update details through a mobile application, and identify new restaurants in your assigned area. This is a 100% field-based role and requires daily travel to multiple restaurant outlets.

Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned restaurants using the mobile app and Google Maps. Verify whether the restaurant is operational or closed . Collect and update accurate restaurant information through the app.

Speak with the owner, manager, or cashier to verify business details. Check whether the restaurant is listed on Swiggy / Zomato . Record restaurant type, category, contact details and existing billing/POS software .

Capture required live photographs of the restaurant, storefront/interior, visiting card or menu. Identify and register current/unlisted restaurants found during field visits. Submit surveys only from the designated restaurant location using GPS/geofence.

Inform the supervisor about restaurants showing interest in Petpooja software . Complete assigned daily and weekly outlet visit targets. Maintain high accuracy and ensure that all information submitted is genuine and verifiable.

Candidate

RequirementsMinimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate . Freshers can apply; prior experience in field sales, survey, market research, delivery, telecom, FMCG or field marketing is preferred. Must have an Android smartphone with GPS and internet/data. Two-wheeler preferred depending on city/area.



Comfortable travelling locally and visiting multiple restaurants every day. Good communication skills in the local language .

Basic

Hindi/English communication is preferred. Should be comfortable using mobile apps, Google Maps and filling digital forms. Honest, disciplined and detail-oriented. Willing to work outdoors and spend most of the day in the field.

Salary & Incentives Salary / Fixed Stipend: As per city and experience Performance Incentive: Additional incentive linked to successfully completed and quality-approved restaurant visits.

New Restaurant Incentive: Additional incentive for eligible new restaurants sourced during field visits and subsequently converted into paying customers.

Travel / Data Allowance: As per company policy.

Important: Final salary, incentives and travel allowance will be communicated during the interview/onboarding process.Working Conditions 6 days working per week. Daily field visits across the assigned territory. Multiple restaurant visits may be required each day. Daily reporting and route coordination with the City Lead / Field Supervisor. Work and survey submissions will be tracked through the designated mobile application.
