GeoServe's Talent Bench Program is a structured 12-month rotational program designed to develop high-potential talent through hands-on exposure to multiple business functions.

You will get the opportunity to work with different teams, learn diverse aspects of maritime operations, demonstrate your capabilities, and build a career in the function where you are best suited.

What You'll Be Exposed To:

During the 12-month program, you may rotate across:

- Vessel Performance & Optimization
- Emissions Management
- Demurrage Claims
- Voyage Operations
- Bunker Operations / Trading
- Husbandry & Agency Operations The exact rotation plan will be tailored based on your background, skill set and business requirements.

What Makes This Program Different?

Your performance will be assessed based on your learning agility, technical understanding, initiative, ownership, communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Where an urgent business requirement arises and you have demonstrated strong performance in a particular function, you may have the opportunity to transition directly into that team before completing all rotations.





If you complete the full program without an earlier absorption, your overall performance across the rotations will be reviewed to identify the function where you demonstrate the strongest fit.
