The role will develop and execute national market access strategies focused on:

- Government healthcare programs
- Tender and procurement access
- Reimbursement and insurance coverage
- Health economics and value-based evidence
- Key stakeholder engagement
- Policy advocacy and market-shaping initiatives

The incumbent will work closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Government, and Sales teams to ensure optimal adoption and utilization of Advanced Medical Solutions- Peters Surgical solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Access Strategy Development

- Develop and execute a comprehensive India Market Access strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify access barriers impacting adoption of surgical products and design solutions to address them.
- Develop market access plans for recent product launches and portfolio expansion.
- Build annual and long-term access roadmaps for public healthcare sectors.
- Monitor changes in reimbursement, healthcare financing, procurement, and regulatory policies.

2. Government & Institutional Access





- Drive inclusion of products within Central and State Government healthcare programs.
- Engage with:
- CGHS
- ESIC
- State Health Missions
- Ayushman Bharat (PMJAY)
- Armed Forces Medical Services
- Railways
- ESI Hospitals
- Government Medical Colleges
- Support product access through government tenders and procurement processes.
- Identify opportunities for inclusion in treatment packages and reimbursement schedules.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy Develop and maintain strategic relationships with:

Clinical Stakeholders

- KOLs
- Surgical societies
- Specialty associations
- Hospital administrators

Payer Stakeholders

- Insurance companies
- TPAs
- Government reimbursement authorities

Policy Stakeholders

- Healthcare policymakers
- Industry associations
- Medical device industry bodies

Serve as the company's primary market access representative in key industry forums and healthcare policy discussions.
