Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Manual Tester Freshers to join our software testing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts, solid analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and work on real-time projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of web and software applications.
- Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute test cases and identify, document, and track defects.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and usability testing.
- Verify application functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Report and maintain defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
- Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis and testing discussions.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports.
- Ensure software quality and adherence to defined requirements.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Software Testing and SDLC.
- Knowledge of STLC and different types of software testing.
- Understanding of test case and test scenario preparation.
- Basic knowledge of defect/bug life cycle.




- Familiarity with functional and regression testing.
- Basic knowledge of Jira or other defect-tracking tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new testing tools and technologies.

Eligibility

- B.Tech / B.E (CSE, IT, ECE), MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science), or related degree.
- 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Only candidates from Tirupati and nearby locations are eligible to attend this Walk-in Interview. Applications from candidates outside these locations will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

- Academic projects or internships related to Software Testing/QA.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
