Key Responsibilities

- Develop and coordinate architectural designs for township and large-scale residential projects.

- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed design documentation.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, infrastructure, and other consultants.

- Ensure designs comply with local development regulations, building codes, NBC, and authority requirements.

- Coordinate with project, construction, and execution teams to resolve design-related issues.

- Review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during project execution.

- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and coordinate with consultants/liaison teams.

- Review BOQs, specifications, material selections, and architectural details.

- Conduct site visits to monitor architectural execution and identify discrepancies.

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors regarding drawings, specifications, and design requirements.

- Manage revisions and maintain proper documentation of drawings and design changes.





- Support project teams in maintaining quality, timelines, and design standards.

- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical inputs.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Township Planning & Architecture.

- Experience in residential / integrated township projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office and other relevant architectural software.

- Knowledge of working drawings, construction details, and architectural specifications.

- Good understanding of building codes, development regulations, and approval processes.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple consultants and project stakeholders.

- Good understanding of construction methodology and site execution.

Qualification

B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.
