Working Capital Operations

- Handle operational activities related to Working Capital products including:
- Cash Credit (CC)
- Overdraft (OD)
- Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL)
- Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit (where applicable)
- Verify compliance with sanction terms and credit conditions prior to disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Sales, and External Vendors for timely processing.
- Thorough verification of loan, security, and disbursement documents as per sanction terms and bank policy.
- Scrutiny of borrower documents including:
- Constitutional documents (MOA, AOA, Partnership Deed, Trust Deed)
- KYC documents
- Board/Partner resolutions
- Identification and rectification of discrepancies before disbursement.
