Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Tours & Travels to manage day-to-day travel operations, tour packages, customer relationships, vendor coordination, and sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel operations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring smooth and profitable tour operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the Tours & Travels business.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, cancellations, and complaints.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, travel plans, and package pricing.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, and other vendors.
- Ensure smooth execution of tours from booking through completion.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the travel team.
- Develop current customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Negotiate rates and agreements with hotels, transporters, and service providers.
- Monitor travel trends, competitor pricing, and new destinations.
- Maintain accurate booking records, documentation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.




- Handle last-minute changes, customer requirements, and travel-related issues.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, bookings, expenses, and overall business performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Previous experience managing a team and handling tour operations is preferred.
