Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations across major e-commerce marketplaces.
Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, content, images, keywords and product information.
Drive online sales and revenue growth across marketplaces and the D2C website.
Plan and execute online promotions, offers and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor marketplace advertising, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS and overall campaign performance.
Track sales, orders, returns, cancellations, inventory and product performance.
Conduct competitor and market analysis.
Monitor product rankings, ratings and customer reviews.
Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for stock availability and order fulfillment.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
Identify opportunities for recent product launches and online business expansion.




Coordinate with marketplace representatives for account management and issue resolution.
Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, conversion rate and profitability.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG or D2C brands will be preferred.

Required Skills: E-commerce Management, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, Marketplace Management, Product Listing, E-commerce Sales, Digital Marketing, Marketplace Advertising, Excel and Data Analysis.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
