Mandatory Eligibility Requirement
Applicants must have direct, hands-on experience selling Dubai/UAE real estate.
Freshers and candidates who have only sold Indian real estate should not apply.




Candidates must have experience presenting, advising and selling Dubai properties to Indian, NRI or international investors.

Key Responsibilities
• Consult clients interested in purchasing or investing in Dubai real estate
• Understand each client’s budget, investment objective, preferred location and buying timeline
• Recommend suitable Dubai properties based on ROI, rental yield, capital appreciation, payment plans and exit potential
• Explain off-plan and ready-property investment opportunities clearly
• Conduct outbound calls, client consultations, virtual meetings and face-to-face presentations
• Present Dubai projects, locations, developer credentials and payment plans professionally
• Manage assigned leads and maintain consistent follow-ups through the company CRM
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory, pricing, offers and booking documentation
• Negotiate with clients and convert qualified opportunities in
