Key Responsibilities:
Production & Process Control: Monitor the daily operations of forging presses, hammers, and heating furnaces to achieve shift-wise production targets while minimizing downtime.
Quality Assurance & SPC: Conduct accurate dimensional and visual inspections of forged components. Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and 7 QC tools to resolve in-house rejections, customer-end core variations, and stamping height variations.
Tool Room Coordination: Oversee die alignment and monitor die life. Coordinate closely with tool room operations for timely die maintenance, repair, and quick changeovers.
Supplier & Process Optimization: Support Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) activities to ensure raw material compliance. Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to reduce scrap and optimize cycle times.
Team & Shop Floor Management: Allocate daily tasks to shift operators and technicians.



Ensure strict adherence to 5S, 3C, and industrial safety standards on the shop floor.
Machinery Maintenance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for heavy machinery, reducing unexpected breakdowns.

Required Skills:
Practical knowledge of hot, warm, and cold forging processes.
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and operating precision inspection instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
Solid background in manufacturing quality engineering, process optimization, and troubleshooting manufacturing defects.
Leadership skills to handle shop floor manpower effectively.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
