Position: Manager / Sr. Manager-Quality Process

He needs to be dynamic with excellent leadership qualities and having sound theoretical & practical knowledge sense of applications, Exposure in QMS & implementation, Calibration/Validation and QA regulations (National and International). Persons having knowledge in medical devices will be preferred. Candidate must be from medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.

The Quality Process Specialist role will be responsible for ensuring that process controls in place meet all corporate standards and for preventing the outflow of defects from the process. The candidate must have proven track record for developing and executing standardization.

The Quality Process

Specialist should have proven experience in both supplier and quality areas.



He/ she will have a broad knowledge of the QMS/ testing and quality landscape. The successful candidate must possess outstanding teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Responsibilities

- Identify need for process improvements/procedures required
- Manage day to day quality control and quality inspection activities
- Document conditions found and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Communicate results to quality and plant management

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science / Master of Science

Preferred Qualifications

- Medical Devices Manufacturing Industry
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Good in team building & manpower handling
- Positive leadership skills

Age Group: 44 – 50 years Remuneration: 20 lakhs to 22 lakhs (Per Annum)
