Seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with strong Full Stack Development expertise and a passion for building secure, scalable, and business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, career development planning, and talent management activities.
- Drive recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of top engineering talent.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on contribution across the full software development lifecycle.
- Partners with Product Managers, Architects, Security, and Business stakeholders to define and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Encourage open discussion, constructive challenges, and informed decision-making within the team.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, code quality standards, security requirements, accessibility standards, and operational excellence.




- Support production applications, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining appropriate governance, security, and code quality standards.
- Provide leadership and support during critical production incidents, including availability outside core business hours when required.

Required Technical Skills

- Java Development: Spring Boot
- Frontend Development: Angular, TypeScript
- API Development Management: Apigee or similar API Gateway platforms
- Database Technologies: Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda/LEMAIL_ADDRESS, EFS, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, etc.)

Qualifications Experience

Education:

Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or related field is strongly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum ten years of experience in application suite management and robust Full Stack development expertise. Experience leading numerous teams across multiple technologies. Proven experience/understanding of concepts and techniques in project delivery, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Detailed understanding and knowledge of the systems development life cycle and modern methodologies, practices, tools, and techniques.
