Manager / Assistant Manager – Deals (Lead Advisory)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong corporate finance background to join a growing Lead Advisory team. This is a front-office role where you will advise clients on strategic transactions across the entire deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver high-quality marketing materials for potential clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

- Support business development initiatives, including lead generation, preparation of pitch books and presentations, and identification of new deal opportunities.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the technology sector, including Enterprise Technology, SaaS, AI, Cloud, FinTech, and other emerging technology verticals.

- Identify and engage with potential investors and strategic buyers on behalf of clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including executives, directors, and shareholders.

- Participate in deal negotiations and term sheet discussions.

- Manage the due diligence process, ensuring efficient and comprehensive information gathering.





- Coordinate with legal advisors to support transaction documentation and deal execution.

- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

Required

- CA qualification.

- 5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A; Advisory, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory.

- Minimum 3 years of Sell-Side Investment Banking experience, preferably within the technology sector.

Skills & Competencies

- Solid academic background and analytical capabilities.

- Deep understanding of financial statement analysis and valuation methodologies.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively with teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience using financial databases such as S&P; Capital IQ.

- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
