Role Summary:

We are looking for an SEO Manager to drive organic traffic, leads, and revenue growth for a category at Simplilearn. The role involves SEO strategy, performance tracking, local SEO, competitor analysis,



and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SEO strategy for a business category and drive organic revenue growth.
- Develop local SEO strategies to improve traffic and Google Maps visibility.
- Define quarterly SEO targets, KPIs, and roadmap.
- Analyze website traffic, leads, rankings, and SEO performance.
- Identify new opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Marketing teams on growth initiatives.
- Conduct competitor research, benchmarking, and performance analysis.
- Monitor search algorithm updates and implement SEO best practices.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Experience managing SEO for product/service pages.
- Solid experience in Local SEO.
- Good understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and site architecture.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
