Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable vendor base for all materials required across units.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.

- Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, ordering, and delivery tracking.

- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.

- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Maintain solid relationships with vendors and resolve any supply-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with company policies,



quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Quality, Merchandising, Stores) for requirement planning and procurement execution.

- Track and optimize inventory levels in coordination with stores/warehouse teams.

- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance evaluations.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
