Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Application Developer to design, develop, test and deploy a contemporary healthcare care-management platform.

Key Responsibilities
Develop backend services using Node.js, Python or Java.
Design and consume REST and FHIR APIs.
Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2 / OIDC.
Design secure data models for clinical and personal data.
Implement role-based and tenant-aware access controls.
Build role-scoped views for care managers and supervisors.
Develop features including:
HRSN screening
Person-centered plans of care
Consent and treatment-milestone tracking
Start/stop time capture
Monthly time accumulation
Code-level billing reconciliation
Write maintainable, tested and well-documented code.
Participate in peer code reviews and secure software development practices.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of full-stack web development experience.
Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.




Solid experience with React or equivalent modern frontend framework.
Backend development experience with Node.js, Python or Java.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
Experience with FHIR APIs.
Experience with OAuth2 / OIDC.
Solid understanding of role-based access control.
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud development.
Experience working with Git, peer code reviews and structured development processes.

Preferred Skills
Healthcare or care-management domain experience.
Knowledge of Medicare care-management workflows and terminology.

Security & Compliance
HIPAA-aligned software development practices.
Secure handling of clinical and personal information.
Encryption in transit and at rest.
Least-privilege access.
Audit logging.
Development and testing using de-identified or synthetic healthcare data wherever practicable.

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
