At CareerXperts Consulting, we are looking for a Business Development Manager – Talent Solutions to drive new business, build strategic client relationships, and expand our presence across key industries.
This is more than a traditional sales role. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, winning new clients, and creating sustainable revenue through talent and workforce solutions.

What You Will Own :
Drive New Business
Identify and target prospective organizations, build a strong sales pipeline, initiate conversations with decision-makers, and convert prospects into current clients.
Develop relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, CXOs and Hiring Managers and understand their current and future talent requirements.
Understand client workforce challenges and position the right solutions across Permanent Recruitment, Contract Staffing,



Executive Search, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Solutions.
Manage the complete business development lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to meetings, requirement discovery, proposals, negotiations, closure and account handover.

What We're Looking For
Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales, Staffing, Talent Solutions or related services.
Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation.
Experience selling Recruitment, Staffing, Contract Hiring, RPO, Executive Search or Workforce Solutions will be preferred.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and consultative selling.
Ability to independently generate leads through market mapping, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, research and direct outreach.
Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers and CXO-level stakeholders.
