Role & responsibilities
- 12 to 15+ years of relevant experience in Rubber Manufacturing / Rubber Products Industry.
- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Rubber Technology / Rubber Engineering preferred.
- Robust experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in rubber manufacturing.
- Should have experience in team handling and quality function leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in handling customer audits and quality complaints is highly preferred.
- Candidates from automotive rubber components, industrial rubber products, seals, hoses, profiles, molded rubber components, rubber sheets, or similar industries can be considered.
