Key Responsibilities:*
Handle patient inquiries regarding admission procedures and room selection, providing explicit and accurate information.
Verify patients’ medical insurance and payment details, including third-party approvals when required.
Guide patients through the admission process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Oversee patient admissions while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure smooth admissions and timely resolution of issues.
Provide leadership and support to hospital staff during assigned shifts to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-centric approach when interacting with patients, families, and staff.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
