About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager – MICE Operations skilled who can manage end-to-end operations for both Domestic and International MICE movements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hotel contracting, destination management, vendor coordination, cost negotiations, corporate itinerary planning, and on-ground execution of events and group movements.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the MICE operations team for smooth execution of corporate events, incentive tours, and conferences.

· Handle hotel contracting, quotations, and rate negotiations across domestic and international destinations.

· Plan and execute corporate itineraries (Europe, Middle East, Asia, etc.) ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.

· Manage vendor relationships – hotels, DMCs, airlines, transporters, and other partners.

· Prepare detailed costing, budgeting,



and proposals as per client requirements.

· Supervise on-ground operations, including client handling, coordination, and logistics.

· Maintain and monitor profitability and margins for MICE projects.

· Oversee team training, task allocation, and performance reviews.

· Ensure timely billing, documentation, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

· Minimum 5-10 years of experience in MICE Operations (Outbound & Domestic).

· Proven experience in Hotel Contracting, Quotation Making, and Corporate Itinerary Planning.

· Strong vendor and destination knowledge across Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple large-scale events simultaneously.
