KRAs :

- This is a self-contributor role.
- 10-14 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.
- The incumbent will be responsible for conducting operational audits with a strong focus on identifying process improvement opportunities and enhancing operational efficiency across Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and related functions.
- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.
- Hands-on experience in driving the digitalization and automation of tasks and processes.

Major responsibilities:

- This is a self-contributor role.

- Drive a culture of process discipline and continuous improvement.
- Benchmark industry best practices in manufacturing, procurement, and quality management.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, procurement practices, inventory controls, and supply chain operations.




- Proven experience in process improvement areas. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across business functions.
- Strengthen procurement controls and improve supply chain efficiencies.
- Assess effectiveness of quality management systems
- Conduct process reviews to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and control gaps.
- Recommend process simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support functions
- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in driving the digitalization and automation of tasks and processes.
- Experience in business process reviews will be preferred.
