We are seeking a dedicated IT Executive with hands-on knowledge of desktop support, server management, and networking to ensure smooth and secure IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Provide software troubleshooting and resolve daily IT-related issues.
Handle end-user support, track user misuse, and ensure IT policy adherence.
Diagnose and resolve user-level hardware, software, and network problems.
Coordinate with IT vendors for server, network, hardware, and software support.
Manage and monitor Windows Server setting.
Configure and manage Active Directory (AD), user accounts, and group policies.
Manage virtual servers using VMware and Hyper-V.
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, and basic firewall coordination.
Configure and maintain DHCP, DNS, and file-sharing services.
Perform server backups, basic monitoring, and ensure data security.
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.

Required Technical Skills
Knowledge of:




Windows Server (2016/2019/2022 preferred)
Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
VMware / Hyper-V virtualization
LAN, WAN, basic networking
PC, printer & system setup
Microsoft Outlook & MS 365
Software troubleshooting & user support

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of server security & access control
Backup and restore procedures
Ability to coordinate with vendors and ISPs
Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualification
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
