You will work closely with the digital marketing team, content creators, and designers to deliver high-performing campaigns using data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor campaign performance using analytics dashboards; track key metrics like open rate, CTR, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, and ROI.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Robust written communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus for India-focused campaigns).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for solid performers).
