Key Responsibilities:
Product Development: Create and refine formulas for soaps (bar, liquid), detergents, gels, and related personal/home care items, considering market trends and customer needs.
Research & Testing: Conduct lab experiments, stability tests, performance evaluations, and research recent ingredients, technologies, and eco-friendly options.
Production Support: Scale up lab formulas to plant level, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, monitor quality, and provide training to production teams.
Quality Control: Perform chemical analyses, ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, BIS), and maintain documentation for formulations, tests, and batches.
Raw Material Management: Select and evaluate raw materials (oils, surfactants, builders, fragrances) and manage supply/inventory.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, maintaining clean and protected lab/plant conditions.
