As a Pre Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children aged 3 to 5. You will provide a protected and stimulating workplace where young learners can explore and grow their skills and knowledge through play and structured activities.

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons.
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess and document children's progress and development.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Promote positive behavior and classroom management.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.





Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
State certification or licensure for pre-primary teaching.
Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
Solid understanding of child development and early education principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a nurturing disposition.
