KIndly be noted we take up architects who have complete knowledge of cad along side sketchup for modeling & vray or lumion for rendering.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand needs, preferences, and budget.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and building regulations.
Oversee project execution, timelines, and quality control.
Stay updated on design trends, sustainability practices, and current technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid sense of aesthetics and spatial design.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop).
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and ergonomics.




Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to manage budgets and timelines.
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Work Setting

Interior Designers may work independently, as part of a design firm, or within corporate real estate teams. The role involves site visits, client meetings, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Junior Interior Designer → Interior Designer → Senior Designer → Design Lead/Creative Director.
