We are looking for a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist with hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns that drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right users at the right stage of the funnel.
Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the design team to create high-performing creatives.
Monitor campaign performance daily — optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager,



and conversion tracking to ensure accurate data measurement.
Generate regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the SEO, content, and web development teams to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals.
Manage and optimize ad spend efficiently within the allocated monthly budget

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (agency or in-house).
Proven track record of running performance-focused paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
Solid understanding of campaign structures — campaigns, ad sets, ads, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and conversion
