Reports to Role (Title): General Manager, Auxilife, India

Role purpose: The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and nurture high-quality leads, leveraging multi-channel strategies to drive growth and boost conversions.
Identify current prospects to generate leads through targeted content, SEO, and paid advertisements.
Segment and build prospect lists based on industry, geography, and demographics.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Share qualified leads and insights with the business department to enhance conversion rates. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Work closely with the business and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure smooth communication.




Regularly analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
Manage the budget for lead generation activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine lead generation strategies and improve customer engagement.
Work effectively as a team member.

Requirements:
Masters degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with a background in biological sciences preferred.1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, though freshers with a keen interest in marketing and a positive attitude are welcome.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services. - Excellent networking skills, written and verbal communication,
