We are seeking an ambitious person to assist our company’s employees and should handle all inbound activities and Co-ordinating with them.
Greeting and welcoming visitors, and directing them to the appropriate person.Arranging and recording details of appointments.Answering inquiries and providing information on the goods, services and activities of the organization.Arranging couriers.Keeping the reception area tidy.Answering, connecting and transferring telephone calls.
Maintain calendars and set up meetings for senior staff
Assist in drafting, formatting, and sending official correspondence and internal communications
Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
Note : 1 yr bond is compulsory

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
