Job Summary

The Trainer - Handheld Devices Technician will be responsible for providing training on mobile phone hardware, software, troubleshooting, and repair of mobiles and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training on repair and maintenance of mobile phones, tablets, chargers, and accessories.
Demonstrate fault diagnosis, component replacement, software installation, and testing.
Conduct practical sessions on Android and iOS devices.
Maintain trainee attendance, practical records, and assessment reports.
Prepare training material, lab setup, and lesson plans.
Ensure secure handling of repair tools and testing equipment.
Guide trainees for assessment, interview, and placement activities.
Maintain documentation as per SSC/NSDC requirements.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of mobile hardware and software repair.
Good troubleshooting and practical demonstration skills.




Knowledge of Android and iOS systems.
Positive communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain records.

Trainer Qualification
Graduate in any discipline, preferably Electronics & Communication, Telecom, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in handset repairing after graduation.
Certified Trainer mapped to Qualification Pack MEP/Q2601 v3.0 with minimum 80% aggregate score.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
