Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Job Type: Full time | In office

Shift: Day Shift (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM)

Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹13,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L;, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Process payroll for 100+ employees and coordinate with HR.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and LWF compliances.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Manage vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Generate invoices for international clients and manage LUT compliance.




Collaborate with global finance teams for reporting and reconciliations.

Required Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Solid knowledge of Indian taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Experience handling finance operations independently.
Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
