Job Title:Registered Nurse (B.Sc. Nursing) or G.N.M

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
Assist in medical procedures and provide pre
and post-operative care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Uphold infection control standards and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing license/registration with the appropriate nursing council.
1 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Solid knowledge of nursing principles, procedures,



and medical terminology.
Proficiency in patient care, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR).

Work Environment:
Shifts may include weekends, nights, and holidays.
Working conditions involve exposure to infectious diseases and potential hazards.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
