The Cafe in Bandra West, Mumbai, is a cozy, popular cafe. We are known for our handcrafted desserts, Belgian waffles, and decadent cheesecakes.

Located near Pali Naka, this charming spot offers artisanal coffee, savory options, and specialized cakes in a rustic setting.

Specific Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
Assist customers with menu choices and answer questions about ingredients and specials.
Handle billing, payments, and POS systems responsibly.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.




Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role is an advantage
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
