Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and develop strategies for the US outsourcing market
Generate and qualify leads; manage a strong sales pipeline
Execute cold calling and deliver tailored sales pitches
Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and close deals
Collaborate with internal teams and share regular sales reports

Qualifications:
MBA Fresher or up to 1 year of sales experience
Understanding of the full sales cycle, including deal closure
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
CRM experience is a plus
