Role Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as Home Consultants. In this role, you will engage with walk-in customers at our furniture studio, understand their needs, and help them select the perfect furniture and home décor solutions. Your goal will be to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
Assist walk-in customers with product selection, focusing on furniture and home décor solutions
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance
Maintain visual merchandising standards and showroom appearance
Support billing, order processing, and post-sales service
Prepare daily reports on sales and customer interactions
Requirements:
6month -2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (freshers can apply)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Interest or passion for furniture, home décor, or interior styling
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced retail workplace
