Roles and Responsibilities:
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of all items received, issued and stored.
Receiving Goods: Check Quality and quantity of items received against purchase orders.
Oversight of record keeping: Maintain bin cards, Stock registers and inventory reports.
Loss Prevention: Control pilferage, damage and theft of items.
Stock Reconciliation: Physical count of goods
Internal Audit: Methodical and independent review of operations, processes and internal controls.
Cost Control: Help reduce food and material cost through productive stock management.
