Job Description:
Role Profile

Create detailed 3D models and high-quality renderings for architectural and interior design projects.

Identify client goals, requirements, and project expectations through detailed consultations.

Specify materials and furnishings, including lighting, furniture, wall finishes, ceilings, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.

Review project progress periodically with the Head of Department to ensure alignment with approved design direction, schedules, and budget.

Present concepts to clients, propose effective design solutions, and incorporate feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality and project outcomes.

Experience in site handling and in office project coordination is an added advantage.

Software & Technical Skills

AutoCAD (2D & 3D)

SketchUp, STAAD.Pro, 3ds Max, or equivalent advanced 3D design software

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
