Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom observations & provide feedback
Plan and deliver teacher training sessions
Manage team performance and reporting
Analyze data and drive program improvements
Build robust relationships with school stakeholders
Requirements:
BA/MA (English mandatory) + B.Ed./M.Ed.
3+ years in education/development sector
Experience in teacher training & team handling
Strong communication & analytical skills
Willingness to travel
Job Details
6 days/week (2 Saturdays off)
Field-based role in community schools
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
