Role Overview:
We are currently expanding and looking for a dedicated Junior Video Editor to work closely under the founder in a full time, in-person role in Durgapur, West Bengal.

This chance is ideal for someone who understands the basics of editing, knows how to use Adobe Premiere Pro, and wants to grow long-term in a structured creative environment.

You will primarily work on short-form podcast clips and social media content, focusing on clean pacing, engaging subtitles, and platform-optimized outputs.

Key ResponsibilitiesEditing & Post-Production
Edit short-form vertical content (9:16 format)
Trim, sequence, and structure podcast clips into engaging short videos
Add subtitles and basic text animations
Perform basic color correction and audio balancing
Export content optimized for different social platforms

File Organization
Maintain clean project folders
Follow structured file naming systems
Keep proper backups of files

Collaboration
Work closely with the founder on content direction
Implement feedback quickly and precisely
Focus only on editing (no client communication required)
