Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets.
Monitor daily inquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
Develop sales strategies to increase showroom revenue and customer acquisition.
Train and motivate sales executives for better performance.
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations professionally.
Coordinate with marketing and finance departments for promotional activities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to company processes.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales/team handling.
Strong leadership and team management skills.




Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented mindset with analytical skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Experience in automobile dealership/showroom management preferred.
Ability to lead teams and drive high-performance sales culture.
