Position Details

Job Title: HR Intern (Fresher)
Location: Jaipur (On-site)
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: INR 7,000 per month (Net Take-Home)

Internship Overview

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Support onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Manage and update employee attendance in HRMS
Support employee engagement and HR-related activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office




Good organizational and coordination abilities
Logical thinking and presence of mind
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team workplace

Post Internship Opportunity (PPO)

Full-Time Employment Details
Salary: INR 10,000 per month (First Year)

Commitment Period

The role requires a total commitment of 18 months, including:
6 Months Internship/Training
12 Months Full-Time Employment
