About the Role:
Krish Services Group is hiring for a strategic Growth Executive role aimed at building a strong pipeline of future growth leaders.

This is not a generic fresher role — it is a high-impact position contributing directly to the organization’s growth engine.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand Krish’s business model, services, and growth strategy
Support execution of growth initiatives across service lines
Engage with prospective customers and assist in solution positioning
Contribute to lead generation and qualification activities
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and partners




Maintain and update CRM tools for pipeline tracking

Eligibility Criteria:
Fresh graduates (any discipline)

Compensation & Structure:
Training Period:3 months:
Stipend during training:₹10,000 per month:
Post training:Full time conversion based on performance:
Compensation revision applicable after successful conversion

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
