A pre-sales tele caller in the real estate industry is responsible for reaching out to current and potential clients to boost sales. They play a crucial role in generating leads and converting them into customers.

Responsibilities:
Making calls to active and potential clients and give property details to client on call and convincing them for property visit.
Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
Schedule visits to the site for interested leads, ensuring that appointments are set up efficiently and effectively.
Maintain an Excel spreadsheet to record and organize customer data, including contact information,



follow-up dates, and any other relevant details.
Take regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them further along the sales pipeline.

Requirements:
Fresher/Experienced Tele callers required for Real estate industry.
Excellent spoken Hindi, Gujarati and English must.
Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to clients' queries.
Solid interpersonal skills to build

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
