Key Responsibilities (This is what really matters)

Handle daily posting on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Create basic creatives using tools like Canva

Write captions, hashtags, and basic content

Reply to comments, DMs, and maintain engagement

Coordinate with internal team for content ideas (offers, hiring posts, etc.)

Plan weekly/monthly content calendar

Track basic performance (reach, engagement, followers growth)

Run basic boosted ads (optional but positive to have)

Required Skills (Don’t compromise here)

Good understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms

Basic design skills (Canva is must)

Decent English + Hindi writing skills

Consistency (this role fails if person is lazy)

Basic knowledge of reels, trends, hashtags

Preferred (Nice to have, not mandatory)

Experience with Meta Ads

Experience in travel/recruitment industry

Knowledge of tools like Buffer, Hootsuite

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
