Job Summary: Responsible for managing inventory, receiving supplies, and ensuring proper storage of food and beverage items to support smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels of food and beverage items regularly
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
Inspect deliveries for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders
Maintain stock registers, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and issue logs
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
Knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
