Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all financial functions of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning.
Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and other key financial reports.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and compliance with GST regulations.
Supervise tax filings, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, manage company resources, and reduce financial risks.
Review and approve budgets, financial forecasts, and cost management strategies.
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic advice to management for decision-making.
Coordinate and oversee the audit process, both statutory and internal, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations.





Qualifications & Requirements:
CA qualification (mandatory).
Proven experience as a CA and CFO with expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and tax (especially GST).
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, GST compliance, and audit procedures.
Robust understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
