Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Manager - Cybersecurity Operations to lead our security initiatives in Gurgaon. In this capacity, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of our Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring robust protection for our clients through advanced Managed Security Services (MSSP). You will act as the primary bridge between technical security teams, executive stakeholders, and external clients, driving a culture of proactive threat hunting and rapid incident resolution.

Your leadership will be pivotal in safeguarding our digital infrastructure, minimizing business risk, and ensuring that our security posture remains resilient against an evolving global threat landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a high-performing SOC team to ensure 24/7 monitoring and rapid Incident Response, minimizing the impact of potential security breaches on business continuity.
- Direct the execution of comprehensive Vulnerability Management programs to identify and remediate security gaps before they can be exploited by malicious actors.
- Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on security incidents to provide actionable insights that strengthen our long-term defensive architecture.




- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align Network Security strategies with organizational Risk Management and Compliance frameworks, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Optimize Managed Security Services (MSS) delivery models to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction metrics.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in managing complex security operations within an MSSP environment, with a proven track record of handling high-pressure incident response scenarios.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities in Network Security and Vulnerability Management, translating technical data into explicit, strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Possess exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex risk and compliance postures to non-technical audiences.
- Maintain a proactive approach to Risk Management, with the ability to adapt security policies to meet shifting regulatory landscapes and emerging cyber threats.
- Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, complemented by industry-recognized certifications.
- Thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Gurgaon, demonstrating the ability to lead distributed teams while maintaining high operational standards.
