Supplier evaluation & selection: Assess suppliers on quality, cost, and capability; support assessments, negotiations, and vendor selection.
Purchase order management: Create, track, and manage POs; ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Inventory support: Monitor stock levels, identify gaps/excess, and assist in replenishment and stock counts.
Supplier relationship management: Maintain communication, resolve issues, and support performance reviews.
Cost analysis & negotiation: Analyze pricing data, support negotiations, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Compliance & documentation: Ensure policy adherence and maintain procurement records and contracts.
Cross-functional coordination: Work with production, finance, QC, and logistics for smooth procurement operations.
Continuous improvement: Identify process improvements, track trends, and support efficiency initiatives.
