At ARULA for Autism, we are creating a compassionate and structured environment for children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences through our Special Preparatory Centre.

We are looking for passionate, patient, and energetic Therapists who are eager to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with children with autism and developmental differences.
Support communication, behavior, learning, and daily developmental goals.
Conduct engaging one-on-one and small-group sessions.
Assist in implementing individualized developmental and learning plans.
Collaborate with senior therapists and parents to track progress.
Maintain session notes and progress reports.
Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment for children.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Speech Therapy,



Occupational Therapy, Special Education, Child Development, or related fields preferred.
Freshers with passion and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and ability to work with children.
Solid observation and teamwork skills.
