Key Responsibilities:
Handle and manage shop-floor manpower:
Allocate workers as per production requirement
Ensure smooth production flow in the wire plant
Maintain discipline and attendance of workers
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
Ensure safety rules are followed on the shop floor
Report daily production and manpower status to seniors
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th Pass/Graduate Pass
Experience: Fresher can apply
Willing to work in 12-hour shifts
